Position based in Palermo or Catania (full remote) Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card. It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€, and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in over 160 countries. Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa, and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. These offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks such as telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, and convenience stores. Beyond distributing Libon offers, the role involves enhancing communication, community engagement, and community building around the application. Responsibilities The focus is on increasing Libon’s turnover in Italy through field actions, including adjusting offers and promotions for physical distribution, and engaging with communities of sellers and buyers. This includes: Engagement with B2B points of sale selling our Scratchcards/Epins. Direct interaction with B2C users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.). Market analysis Define prospecting areas, hot spots, and priorities for sales development. Maintain competitive and technological awareness. Identify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical deployment areas. Perform commercial prospecting and lead generation. Study community customer needs and test different distribution and promotion strategies. Implement trade marketing plans as directed by management. Propose creative ideas to increase Libon’s visibility at points of sale and within communities. Ensure POS displays in partner points of sale to maximize product visibility. Maintain a list of points of sale offering Libon products. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in field sales, operational marketing, trade marketing, or community distribution; experience in Sicily is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and a desire to acquire new customers. Good understanding of diaspora communities and their consumption habits. Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external networks.
