Italian support & sales specialist - remote (greece)

In this role, you will assist Italian‑speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, including product information, orders, payments, and technical support. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with strong focus on service excellence.

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support for sales and after‑sales inquiries
• Assist with orders, returns, payments, and product information
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Italian: C2 (fluent/native)
• English: B2 minimum
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem‑solving mindset
• Must be based in Greece (mandatory for remote work)
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently abroad

• Rotational schedule
• 2 days off per week (communicated in advance)

• Base salary: €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Performance bonus: 10–20%
• Training completion bonus: €150
• Productivity bonus: up to €250/month
• Salary progression:
  • €1,100 after 12 months
  • €1,150 after 36 months
• Fully remote work within Greece
