Position Overview The Junior Sales Analyst supports the sales team by providing insights and recommendations on business performance. This role involves active collaboration with Sales, Merchandise & Planning, and Finance departments. Responsibilities include preparing the fiscal year budget, following up on forecasts, and contributing to strategic analysis by brand, channel, region, and account. The role involves collecting sales data, analyzing performance, and building reports to monitor key performance indicators such as retail sales, sell-through rates, economic conditions, competition, and customer behavior to inform decision-making. Primarily focused on wholesale business, the Junior Sales Analyst will work closely with the sales team to develop an omnichannel reporting culture, collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to perform detailed analyses, and coordinate project timelines and deliverables. The role also entails leading requirements gathering meetings, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, managing omnichannel reporting, updating sales reports for regional and European headquarters, guiding sales in budget processes, analyzing data to support business decisions, tracking sales figures regularly, preparing proposals for meetings, producing ad hoc reports, and generating presentations for management.
