This role is a vital part of the KS Commercial Team, providing technical support during the commercial process. Responsibilities include creating and managing technical proposals, defining scope of work and costs, and assisting in deal negotiations.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the commercial manager and product developers on contractual negotiations, focusing on technical scope.
* Analyze technical specifications for tenders and RFQs, evaluate scope and risks.
* Define and prepare comprehensive Scope of Work, optimize products/units, digital training, and engineering performance calculations.
* Develop and manage cost control of services offered.
* Identify and mitigate technical risks during implementation.
* Engage relevant functions to address deviations and requests, optimizing proposal generation.
* Contribute to the development of processes and tools in collaboration with KS/Services teams.

To succeed, you should:
* Hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
* Be familiar with BH O&G Turbomachinery Equipment, especially in Services, Control Systems, and Digital for aftermarket.
* Have proven industry experience in a technical role.
* Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
* Be able to travel on short notice.
* Possess excellent multitasking and time management skills.
* Be a team player committed to success.
* Have strong communication and coordination skills.
* Be a customer-centric problem solver with project understanding and autonomy.
* Green Belt certification is advantageous.
