Are you an accomplished professional with experience in specification sales and a passion for the building industry? Trespa seeks a highly motivated Account Manager Facade to drive growth and shape the future.
About the Role
This North Italy-based role is crucial for Trespa’s business in Italy. The ideal candidate will have extensive specification sales experience, a strong network in the building sector, and leadership skills.
As an Account Manager Façade, you will support project business by coordinating with architects, designers, large contractors, and decision-makers to close sales. You will collaborate with Inside Sales and HQ colleagues and report to the Region Manager South Europe & South America.
* Develop and implement an annual sales growth plan aligned with country goals and Trespa’s Commercial Excellence principles.
* Drive volume sales by enhancing value propositions to customers.
* Promote Trespa products to architects, designers, contractors, and principals, and secure projects with these groups based on benefits and value.
* Understand customer needs, address complaints or issues, and find solutions to foster long-term relationships.
* Plan activities proactively, focusing on high-potential opportunities and tracking progress against KPIs.
* Maintain updated project, pipeline, customer, and data records in CRM.
* Understand total market potential, focusing on high-potential opportunities.
* Expand and strengthen the professional network, providing training and product info to raise awareness of Trespa products.
* Adhere to Compliance rules and Trespa Values.
Your profile
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong communication, networking, and influencing skills.
* Experience in consultative or value-based selling.
* Business acumen with strategic implementation skills.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
* Result-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach.
* Confidence, flexibility, and initiative.
* Strong presentation skills, engaging both individuals and groups.
* Professional, team-oriented, and capable of managing a defined territory independently.
Education and qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Experience with CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Other requirements
* Work from home with frequent travel (60%-80%).
* Clean driving record.
