We operate across multiple European markets, delivering solar PV, energy storage, EV charging, and related services through a combination of in-house teams and trusted partners.About The RoleOtovo is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist (f/m/x) with experience in the Dutch market to advise private customers on residential solar solutions.
This is a full-time position based in Milan with a hybrid work model, where you will support customers from first consultation to successful contract closure.
Your goal is to drive the successful sale of Otovo’s residential solar solutions (B2C) and actively contribute to the energy transition.ResponsibilitiesActively acquire and manage private customers (B2C) in the NetherlandsAdvise customers on Otovo’s solar solutions via phone and video callsGuide customers through the complete digital sales and contracting process up to closingPrepare and present customized offersBuild and maintain your own customer networkCollaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team (e.g., appointment setting and lead qualification)Use modern sales tools and continuously optimize your sales performanceTrack and improve results based on clear KPIsWhat We OfferHybrid work modelSalary range: €25,000 – €27,000 base + uncapped commissionsCorporate benefits (discounts in many shops)Restaurant and transportation benefitsUp to 4 weeks remote work per year during summer and ChristmasFree fruit and beverages at the officeOpportunities to grow in an international companyYour ProfileProven experience in B2C sales, ideally in the Dutch marketExperience in the solar or energy sector is a plus, but not requiredFluent in Dutch and good command of English (required)Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and strong results orientationStructured, independent, and proactive working styleWhy OtovoOtovo is one of Europe’s leading companies in residential solar energy.
