As the Regional Health Manager, you will oversee and lead Occupational Health (OH) services within Italy, serving as the subject matter expert to ensure the health and well-being of employees in accordance with global standards and local regulations. /ppbKey responsibilities /b /pulliProvide strategic direction and manage Occupational Health services across Italy, ensuring quality support and compliance with local health, safety, and medical regulations. /liliAct as a subject matter expert on Occupational Health, offering guidance to internal stakeholders and liaising with local authorities and occupational health organizations. /liliKeep abreast of legislative changes affecting workplace health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and local regulations. /liliDefine, monitor, and report health metrics to the WHS Global Medical and Health Team to evaluate program success and inform strategies. /liliIdentify, assess, and mitigate workplace health risks, developing programs to promote employee well-being. /li /ulpbA day in your life /b /ppAs Regional Health Manager, you will lead Occupational Health services and preventive health programs, collaborating with health professionals and internal stakeholders. You will guide on occupational health policies, support regulatory compliance, and shape health initiatives across Italy, fostering partnerships and ensuring employee safety and health. /ppbBasic qualifications /b /pulliDegree in Medicine with specialization in Occupational Health /liliRegistered Healthcare professional in Italy with expertise in Occupational Health / Medicine /liliClinical experience and knowledge of Italy's occupational health legislation /liliExperience leading Occupational Health services /liliExpertise in injury and illness prevention, including ergonomics, psychosocial and environmental risks /liliExperience managing first aid and emergency response services /liliStrong communication, leadership, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills /liliAbility to support executive priorities with effective communication /liliData literacy and project management skills, with clinical expertise /liliProficiency in English /li /ulpbPreferred qualifications /b /pulliDegree in occupational health management, health sciences, or related fields; postgraduate studies preferred /liliAdditional qualifications in ergonomics, psychosocial risks, environmental risks, or industrial hygiene /liliExperience in health management within retail, logistics, manufacturing, or production environments /liliCreative problem-solving skills /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity.
