As we expand rapidly in EMEA, we seek a driven Account Executive to manage all sales cycle aspects, focusing on New Logo Acquisition in the Italian market. Italian language skills to native level are required. The key aspects of the Solution Sales Executive role include: Drive the entire sales process, from business development, demos, POCs to closing, focusing on Net New Logos. Identify new areas to expand business within WalkMe's major accounts. Build WalkMe's business by hunting new opportunities. Manage and respond to inbound and outbound lead requests. Partner with Success Managers to identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Manage sales activities including monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.com. Ensure quarterly quotas are met and exceeded. Engage with all organizational levels, including senior executives of enterprise accounts. Present WalkMe's solutions using value-based sales approaches, working closely with Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers. Execute sales activities with internal teams, from contract negotiation to signing. What you bring: 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales or Business Consulting. Experience selling SaaS/Hi-tech products with a strategic approach. Proven success in growing and working within the Italian market. Ability to manage long, strategic sales cycles from demo to negotiation and closing. Strong process-driven sales approach with accurate tracking and forecasting via Salesforce.com. Consistent record of earnings and over-achievement in sales roles. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent presentation skills. Experience with WalkMe is a major plus.
