We are supporting a global manufacturer of dental solutions in their search for a Sales Account Manager to join their Italian team. This is a field-based role covering Milan and the Lombardy region, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
The role
* Promote and sell a portfolio of well-established dental products directly to dental practices.
* Deliver multiple high-quality customer visits per day, building strong, long-term professional relationships.
* Implement call strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets.
* Provide hands-on product training and education to dentists.
* Actively participate in key dental congresses, exhibitions, and workshops.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across Southern Europe in marketing and management.
* Contribute at regular sales meetings in Italy and across EMEA (English required for the latter).
The profile
* 5–6 years’ experience as a dental sales representative; experience with leading brands
* Strong selling and communication skills, with proven sales achievements.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage territory effectively.
* Organised and structured, able to plan customer visits and deliver training sessions confidently.
* Degree in pharmacy or equivalent background preferred.
* Driving licence required.
* MS Office proficiency.
