You will work across BUs to ensure coherence, performance visibility, and market-driven development, shaping the future of thermal management in data centers and mission-critical facilities. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDefine and maintain engineering-level specifications for Technology Cooling Systems /liliConduct engineering-level preliminary evaluations for Thermal Chain solutions /liliLead technical discussions across the Thermal Chain and with sales/solutions teams /liliContribute to make/buy decisions, platform strategies, and roadmap alignment across BUs /liliApply knowledge of HVAC control logic, PLCs, and BMS integration to shape SOOs /liliInterpret Revit models and 3D layouts; draft preliminary solution diagrams /liliAct as SME for Technical Sales and Solutions Architects during Early Quotation /liliDeliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning /liliTranslate VOC into an EMEA solution offering, coordinating with Tech Sales/SA and Global BUs /liliDrive NPDI proposals based on market demand and technology readiness /liliProvide customer-facing documentation and marketing collateral tailored to region/segments /liliPrepare presentations, product demos, and sales enablement materials /liliDevelop and track post-launch metrics for new offerings and collaborate with Marketing to run programs /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli8+ years of technical, product, strategic planning, marketing or related experience /liliBachelor in Engineering; Master preferred /liliStrong business acumen and cross-functional relationship skills /liliTechnical ability to translate customer needs into solutions /liliProblem solving, data analysis, and project management skills /liliExcellent written and spoken communication in English /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Revit /liliExperience with complex thermal or HVAC systems; data center/mission-critical exposure preferred /liliAbility to travel 30% /liliAbility to interact with all organizational levels /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
