PpWe are seeking a solid and experienced commercial professional for our Automotive Tiers sales unit who can focus on managing and expanding our existing B2B direct sales business. /p h3We Need a New Team Member Able To /h3 ul liCombine technical knowledge with strong business acumen /li liWork across a wide territory, primarily in South Italy, with occasional international travel /li liExecute our "Winning with the Winner" sales strategy /li liTake over customer relationships from a retiring sales representative, nurturing and consolidating accounts while transitioning to the new PPG leadership approach /li liGenerate new leads in the assigned area for Surface Treatments, Powders, Adhesives and Sealants, and Optima solution services /li /ul pThis position reports to the FIT (France Italy) Commercial Director. /p pWe're looking for a skilled professional ready to excel in a challenging market as part of our highly engaged PPG team. Strong teamwork orientation, ethical compliance, dedication, and the ability to build fair and authentic relationships are key success factors. /p h3Performance Milestones /h3 h3First 3 Months /h3 ul liBecome familiar with EMEA Auto Parts Organization and Leadership (Onboarding Process) /li liLearn Tier Market dynamics, PPG sales organization, sales processes, and IT tools /li liDevelop high-level knowledge of 3 PPG Portfolio technologies (PPO—preferred product offering), Electrodeposition, Metal Pretreatment, and Powder Application /li /ul h3First 6 Months /h3 ul liBuild relationships with key business stakeholders through personal customer visits in assigned territory (Portfolio customers worth €0.5-1M annually) /li liUnderstand AUC product range from technical perspective, including value propositions and sales dynamics /li liAchieve 60-80% autonomy with weekly sales activity reporting /li liMaster IT tools, manage Forecasting, Focus, and Clientlink systems /li /ul h3First 12 Months /h3 ul liUnderstand our business strategy (customer needs, product portfolio, technical issue resolution) /li liDevelop technical expertise in AUC Division product range /li liBecome fully autonomous in assigned business area /li liSuccessfully manage customer portfolio, achieve budget targets, and identify new prospects /li liEstablish strong, trust-based relationships with customers and cross-departmental colleagues (Technical Service, Production, Customer Service, etc.) /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 h3Essential Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical background, preferably STEM degree /li liProactive sales approach /li liTravel availability (60%) /li liExcellent relationship-building skills /li liResults-oriented mindset /li liStrong problem-solving abilities /li li2-3 years experience in paint/chemical market or commodity business /li liProficiency in standard IT tools (Outlook, Office suite) /li liEnglish proficiency (B2 level) /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liAdditional languages (German, French) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to develop within a global, ethical, multicultural company /li liContinuous on-the-job training with Technology and Commercial leaders /li liWork-life balance in an entrepreneurial, diverse, and inclusive environment /li liCareer with an international market leader - "Be Local, Think Global!" /li liResponsibility for an important area of the Italian market and key global customers /li liKey player role in our Automotive Division as high-potential talent /li liOffice location: Caivano (Naples) with home office availability per PPG policy /li /ul pPPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
