To expand our reach in a new market and tap into fresh opportunities, we’re seeking a Country Sales Manager!
The main challenge for the Country Sales Manager is to expand local business activities by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves developing and growing the sales team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify new potential clients based on the sales strategy.
* Cultivate strong relationships to expand your client base and ensure lasting satisfaction.
* Take charge of the entire sales process, from finding prospects to sealing deals and growing your portfolio.
* Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue.
* Participate in relevant industry events.
Your Profile:
* 7 years of experience in a similar position.
* Ability to sell SaaS solutions.
* Knowledge of the retail and/or digital sectors.
* Ability to persuade C-level executives and IT directors in B2B relationships.
* Proficient in both written and oral communication in Italian and English.

Work Monday to Friday, with one teleworking day per week. The position is based in Milan, Italy, and offers a permanent contract.
