PpLocation: Ancona, Marche, Italy /p pCompany: JR Italy /p pClient / Employer: AD Energy Recruitment /p h3Job Summary /h3 pOn behalf of a world-famous and premium Solar PV manufacturer, AD Energy Recruitment is searching for a Sales Director – Italy to lead growth and capture market share across the Italian Solar systems market. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFacilitate execution of the regional sales business plan in Italy. /li liStay close to market activities and trends to evaluate and adjust sales strategy. /li liKeep abreast of the solar market, suggest and pursue sales opportunities in the region. /li liContinually establish and develop business relationships with medium and large wholesalers, EPCs, and developers. /li liCarry out and coordinate pre‑sales activities, and win large, multi‑MW deals for equipment supply. /li liCreate sales and technical quotations for clients. /li liForge business relationships with new clients, negotiate, and close terms. /li liLead, develop and expand a team of top‑class sales professionals. /li liActively extend personal and professional solar‑PV network with relevant partners, funders, consultants, and developers. /li liBe a brand advocate, possessing complete knowledge of solutions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHold a technical degree in Energy, Power, Electronics, Engineering or related field. /li liMinimum 7 years of technical sales and commercial leadership experience within the Italian Solar PV market. /li liTrack record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. /li liStrong knowledge of solar and photovoltaic technology. /li liDirect experience in sales management with distributors and installers. /li liStrong foundation network with EPCs, developers, and funders. /li liTechnical aptitude, ability to process and present technical information to clients. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liFlexible and willing to travel across the country. /li liEngaging and charismatic character. /li liDeal‑closing and business negotiation skills. /li liHunter type nature, highly motivated, and independent. /li liAbility to work in a rapid, high‑pressure, and international environment. /li liExceptional interpersonal and communication skills. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pThis permanent Italian employment opportunity offers competitive salary, strong bonus, company car, working tools, health care, and pension.
