The Treasury Services (TS) Sales role and responsibility combines managing existing client relationships and referring prospects to the Bank / delivering the Bank to prospects. The teams work closely with the various TS product areas of Core Cash, Liquidity Management, FX, Escrow, as well as the Merchant Services and Commercial Card and Working Capital solutions teams, and also with the Legal, Compliance and Know Your Customer teams. Morgan Payments to deliver a consistent set of services to clients no matter where they are across the world. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWe are seeking to recruit a Treasury Services First Year Analyst to support our Italian coverage team based in Milan, Italy. /li liThe TS Analyst will be part of the local coverage team working closely with the local and regional Treasury Services and Corporate Banking teams, as well as with clients and internal partners oversees, assisting them with the development execution and service of client relationships (a "Go To person" for clients on the business intelligence, marketing and execution). /li liThe Analyst will also assume full responsibility for a certain number of processes (including: preparing presentation, highlighting and tracking Treasury Services opportunities and taking ownership on ongoing reporting). /li liThis role will include /li liSales Support /li liAssisting with internal aspects of existing client relationships and participating to the development of new relationships /li liCoordinating with product and country teams to help support clients globally across in-scope products /li liWorking very closely with senior GCB (Global Consuming Banking) Bankers and TS Sales Officers and Management to take responsibility for client related initiatives, tasks and projects /li liJoining external client meetings when appropriate and joining (or coordinating) client calls. Ensuring effective, timely call reports and follow-up /li liSupport Sales managers with client coverage /li liSupport Sales teams through ad-hoc project work and analysis /li liSupport the team to manage the on-boarding and the KYC processes /li liDevelop a relationship with the team they are supporting /li liBe involved in the preparation of client account plans, senior officer briefing memos and portfolio management reporting. /li liCoordinate business priorities together with Italian coverage team /li liDeal Support /li liActively assisting both our clients and our product partners to achieve smooth deal executions and product roll outs /li liWork with Sales Officers to prepare and review marketing material (pitch books, presentations and slip sheets) for Sales ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency /li liCoordinate approval processes together with Product, Compliance and Legal teams in the context of deal executions /li liWork closely with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to collate relevant and accurate information to kick-off deal implementation process /li liTake ownership for the end-to-end deal management process /li liStrategic Data Analysis / Management Information /li liAnalyse key revenue and pipeline data in order to deliver monthly reports to senior management /li liConduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients /li liPartner with Sales and Product Management in their annual client account planning process to provide fundamental research on current and target market sizing by region /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor\'s degree or similar with outstanding academic credentials /li liFluency in Italian and English, required /li liAbility to work on own initiative /li liHigh service orientation, hands-on approach, high integrity, high level of motivation, dependability, intelligence a team player, commercial mind-set and business approach /li liDemonstrates ability to communicate effectively across different seniority levels and businesses /li liHas proficient computer skills including PowerPoint (PitchPro) and Excel Strong quantitat /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
