We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our DaV Mare Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Main duties & responsibilities:
* Oversee and support the operations in the restaurant to ensure an enjoyable dining experience;
* Manages opening and closing of the restaurant;
* Responding to customer needs and question;
* Managing inventory operations;
* Plan in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers all the activities and menu implementations;
* Ensure that health and safety regulation are respected;
* Lead and train the restaurant personnel in order to create a collaborative and efficient environment;
Requirements
* Strong organizational skills At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;
* Proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems, reservation platforms, etc.).
* Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of [mention any other relevant languages, e.g., Italian, Spanish] is a plus.
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong knowledge of English language, other languages will be considered a plus;
* HACCP certificate
