In 2019, OPPO earned a spot on the “Top 50 Chinese Global Brands” ranking by BrandZTM, the leading global authority on brand power. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbAbout the Job /b /ppWe are currently looking for ab IoT Key Account Manager /b. /ppThe Key Account Manager is responsible for the commercial relationship with assigned customers. /ppDeveloping trust relationships with assigned customers and acquiring a complete understanding of key customer needs and requirements. /ppExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. /ppResolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. /ppPreparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliBuild trust with major retailer /liliListing and Product Portfolio /liliSI planning and management /liliSO analysis, DOS management and action plans /liliPromo Plans definition /liliShort Term and Long Term forecast accuracy /liliKA PL (based on available tools) /liliJM plans agreements and implementation /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliGraduated in Economics/Engineering/Business Administration; /lili5-7 years of experience in the Retail in Consumer Electronic/Smartphone/IOT sector; /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels; /liliExcellent organizational skills with field force; /liliAbility in problem-solving and negotiation; /liliStrong motivation, open minded and favorable to working in a multicultural environment; /liliBusiness administration skills; /liliFluent in Italian and English; /liliHolding driving license. /li /ul
