Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will work in the Customer Support area, handling customer requests and managing company documents (orders, shipments, invoices, returns, DDT, and contracts). Tasks include order entry and monitoring, shipment management, stock availability checks, customer support, complaint handling, and after-sales assistance.
