SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US We offer a motivating environment with exciting projects and are looking to welcome a : KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – ENGINEERING CONSULTING, CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DOMAIN Location : Milan area Overview : For an important project in Lombardia, Milan area, we seek an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and implement a strategic partnership with a major Client in the Consumer Electronics domain, supporting the Client with qualified Product Testing and Validation engineering operations. The candidate will oversee Client relationship management, business development, and ensure the effective delivery of engineering operations, meeting both Client satisfaction and business targets. Role Responsibilities : Manage relationships with operational Client personnel. Build and grow a significant portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned account through Opportunity Management: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close. Identify business opportunities, promote concepts, and influence the client to expand business based on demonstrated capabilities. Conduct research, map the account and competitors, and handle client presentations, estimations, proposals, and negotiations. Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to address issues affecting project delivery. Manage multiple projects involving different delivery managers or resource units. Drive revenues from Go-to-market solutions within the account scope. Work with Solutions Leaders to develop customized solutions pitches and drive their delivery. Handle Account Planning and Governance, including planning, selling, delivering, and managing. Develop an Account Plan detailing relationships, opportunities, revenue targets, threats, and weaknesses. Make pricing decisions within the Master Services Agreement scope. Support pre-sales proposals for new business outside the current scope. Contribute to future alliances with relevant product vendors. Create a sales plan prioritizing prospects and opportunities based on organizational input. Drive service offerings and capabilities to grow revenue. Ensure pricing strategies meet profitability targets. Work Experience & Skills : Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, relationship, or account management. Experience managing business worth $4-6 million is desirable. Knowledge of vertical-specific (account-related) and software development domains. Strong background in engineering services sales and business development. Experience creating proposals, leading cross-functional campaigns, and delivering presentations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and consultative selling. Skilled in sales and executive management presentations. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Experience using CRM software for campaign management. Experience working with a global delivery model and dispersed teams. Strong technical acumen with end-to-end sales, delivery, and transition experience, capable of providing high-level solutions.
