Internally RATIONAL is committed to the principle of sustainability, expressed in its policies on environmental protection, leadership and social responsibility.ResponsibilitiesPromote and spread benefits messages of iCombi and iVario technology through RATIONAL Cooking Live culinary eventsIncrease customer base through customer development within all food service market segments and applicable commercial market segmentsDevelopment and expanding of efficient and long-term partner and dealer networkIncrease customer base via developing the Consultant/Designer network for specificationDevelop local activities on target group Regional Key Account and coordinate and support the Key Account team and Corporate Chef teamWork shoulder-to-shoulder with the Service team to ensure the best support in their own regionBe able to build a strong referral networkDocument customer-related information and activity within our Customer Relationship Management systemManage and grow territory volume by pursuing both identified opportunities and creating new opportunitiesOrganize daily/weekly/monthly plan, work the plan and follow upPrepare monthly sales reports/forecasts and provide market analysis (sales, activities, dealers, competitors, ...)Prepare and manage their region's business plan and annual personal/regional sales budgetParticipation in Regional/National Trade shows and sales meetings.
Responsible for local trade shows in their own areaCoordination and implementation of all sales, products and marketing activitiesPre- and after-sales activities of end-users (sales visits and unit introductions)Practical BackgroundExperience as sous- or executive chef.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all levels from corporate down through all levels, including good listening skills.Self-starter, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated and results-oriented.Able to work independently and as a team player, and able to work with minimal supervision.Ability to solve problems, overcome objections, and influence others.Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task.Ability to negotiate, leverage leads and close.Have experience setting budgets, creating plans to meet budgets, and working their plan.Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.Computer literate.Valid driver license.Willingness for overnight away-from-home travel up to 30% of time.Personal QualitiesTeam player.Passionate about food and cooking.Enthusiastic, flexible and structured.Entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability to be innovative, adaptable, flexible, open to diverse ways of thinking.Honest and professional personality to build customer relationships.Understands the needs of the customers and can present in a clear and customer-oriented way.Thinks positively and believes in success, wants innovations, success-seeker.Target-oriented and assertive, can inspire and enthuse those around them.OfferTemporary contract (1 year) with possibility to turn into permanent.Above-market benefit package.Annual target premio.Recurrent trainings and people-development program.Equal OpportunityWhat counts for us are your qualifications – regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation/identity or social, ethnic, or religious backgrounds.
