Your mission : A key role in shaping the future of digital Orthodontics
Sales Development and Customer Relations
* Targeted prospecting : Identify and contact orthodontic practices, general dentists, and dental clinics to introduce Kitview, our high-end 3D imaging solution.
* Relational approach: Build lasting partnerships with local distributors and practitioners, emphasizing simplicity, integration, and ROI.
* Product demonstrations : Present Kitview during appointments or events, highlighting its benefits for practitioners.
* Negotiation and loyalty : Close subscription sales and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Networking and market intelligence
* Representation at Trade Shows/Congresses: Be the ambassador for Kitview at major events.
* Collaboration with Influencers: Work with local orthodontists to organize demonstrations or training sessions.
* Market watch : Report local trends to enrich our global strategy.
Training and support
* User Training : Assist orthodontists and their teams in mastering Kitview.
* Technical support : Serve as the primary contact for integration-related questions.
* Product feedback : Share field insights to improve our offering.
Reporting and Iinternal collaboration
* Performance tracking : Use CRM tools to report on your activities.
* Coordination with Headquarters: Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to adapt materials.
Your profile : Skills and Personality Aligned with Our Values
Key Skills :
* 2 to 5 years of sales experience in B2B solutions, ideally in the medical, dental, or SaaS software sectors.
* Knowledge of the dental industry (a plus).
* Strong relational and empathy skills: ability to build trust with practitioners.
* Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, Microsoft/Google suites).
Languages :
* Local language, English and French desirable, a plus for brand image.
Soft Skills :
* Autonomy and resilience.
* Team spirit and adaptability.
* Passion for innovation and digital technologies.
Education : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or science (biology, dentistry a plus).
