Prepare coffee, hot and cold drinks, alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages, snacks and appetizers for guests.Perform opening and closing bar services and cash operations.Operate bar equipment and machines and maintain knowledge of their use.Keep equipment, utensils, tables, bar counter, and work areas clean.Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).Ensure company standards and high‐quality service.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in hotels, resorts, bars, cafés.Knowledge of coffee basics and cocktails.Guest‐orientation, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Curiosity, passion for the sector, reliability, professionalism, pro‐proactivity, teamwork, listening.High‐level service ambition, problem‐solving skills.Knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations.Availability for relocation to the summer season.English language knowledge (or other languages beyond Italian) is a preference.
