We are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our DaV Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, comfortable with challenges, and willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences while demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Responsibilities
* Fulfil the operations of Food & Beverage in DaV Restaurant according to company policies, high standards and procedures.
* Take care of the mise en place.
* Support the Chef de Rang with service.
* Clean and set‑up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service.
* Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during service; act to enhance flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.
Requirements
* Effective communication: communicate clearly and appropriately, both verbally and non‑verbally.
* Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues, manage own emotions in challenging situations.
* Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions, adopt new ways of doing things.
* Collaboration: be willing to work as a team player, share information and skills, and actively seek and provide feedback.
* Fluent in Italian and basic level of English.
* Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred.
* Previous professional experience in a similar role, including school internships.
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
