Restaurant Manager
agile e motivato, pronto a portare il nostro ristorante a nuovi livelli di qualità e servizio; il suo lavoro consiste nel garantire un elevato standard di servizio attraverso una costante collaborazione con il floor manager e lo chef.
Tra le sue principali attività vi sono la gestione del team di sala, il coordinamento e la supervisione dei compiti, assicurando sempre una meravigliosa esperienza e ospitalità.
Main Responsibilities
Supervision and daily management of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service for guests.
Coordination and training of dining room staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Development and implementation of service strategies to improve the culinary experience of guests.
Management of reservations and organization of special events.
Monitoring restaurant performance, ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
Control of supplies and budget management, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Resolution of guest complaints and issues, ensuring a prompt and effective solution.
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in a Restaurant Manager position, preferably in high-level hotels or restaurants.
Excellent leadership and staff management skills.
Excellent knowledge of service techniques and hygiene standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage budget and supplies.
Good knowledge of Simphony and Opera programs.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
Desired Skills
Passion for hospitality and dedication to service excellence.
Strong customer orientation and ability to anticipate their needs.
Teamwork and leadership skills, establishing and maintaining open and collaborative relationships with employees and ensuring that employees do the same within the team.
Knowledge of current trends in the restaurant industry and modern techniques.
Communication skills and ability to follow instructions, always improving service, communicating and helping people understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when necessary on any operational skills in all areas.
Good sommelier knowledge.
Good knowledge of the Office package (knowledge of a graphics program will be a preferred requirement).
