The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines. /ppThe person can be based either in Piombino Dese (Padova) where our HQ is located, or in our offices in Milan. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliSupport leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization /liliResponsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory /liliIndependently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations /liliBuild and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage /liliAnalyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions /liliCollaborate with the Sales Division, involving subject matter experts across the Stevanato Group organization depending on the scope and impact of projects, to support a consultative sales approach and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing /lili5–8 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in pharma and healthcare market /liliProven track record of gaining and maintaining lasting customer relationships /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliStrong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel /liliStrong sense of accountability as well commitment /liliSelf-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities /liliFull proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus /li /ul
