Main Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is essential. This should include time spent in at least one of the following positions: Front Office Manager, Front Office Supervisor, Night Manager, Sales Manager and S&M Director.
2. Experienced user of: Opera, Suite8, Micros POS systems.
3. Possess a driving license and own car.
4. Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
5. Business results oriented.
6. Be pro-active and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
7. Show a professional work ethic together with a sense of responsibility.
8. Display excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
9. Show a drive and passion for improving sales.
10. Maintain a hunger to learn and succeed.
11. Be able to open doors and close deals
Main Responsibilities:
12. Be involved in the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects together with associated activities, all aimed at attracting new customers.
13. Provide HRS with thorough research and analysis of the local business competition, with the aim of gaining a competitive edge.
14. Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy.
15. Acquire customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations
16. Meet sales goals in accordance with the company targets.
17. Maintain regular contact with customers and partners of HRS.
18. Organize sales and marketing events for customers.
19. Represent HRS interests and the HRS Brand when customer facing.
Language Requirements:
20. Fluent in local language and English both written and spoken.
