Job Description Under the guidance of the Regional Field Manager, the KAM will maximize BeiGene's product presence in the territory. This role involves implementing business strategies in collaboration with Market Access and Medical colleagues, achieving sales targets within budget, developing territory-specific strategic plans, and supporting key account customers with integrity and professionalism. Territory Campania, Calabria, Sicilia Preferred residence: Napoli, Catania, Palermo Key Responsibilities Build BeiGene’s brand awareness and reputation as a scientific and healthcare partner in hematology-oncology. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Manage regional sales, reputation, access goals, and performance metrics in coordination with the RFM and other departments. Implement commercial projects to improve patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals and organizations. Organize and execute local symposia and workshops. Gather insights and analyze information to identify strategic opportunities. Participate in meetings and symposia at various levels. Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards, laws, and BeiGene’s conduct policies. Qualifications Degree in life sciences or equivalent professional experience. Several years of experience as a sales representative in hematology-oncology, with knowledge of lymphomas preferred. Scientific background and project management skills. Strong alignment with BeiGene’s values and loyalty to the company. Willingness to learn and develop professionally. Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Innovative thinking and strong implementation skills. Commercial mindset and excellent contacts with opinion leaders, especially in lymphomas. Knowledge of drug distribution channels. Motivated, solution-oriented, with a positive attitude. Strong social skills, flexibility, and teamwork orientation. Good computer skills and willingness to travel. Valid driver’s license.
