Key Account Manager ERT Sell-in_b
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for generating business with assigned clients in their area, achieving sell‑in and sell‑out targets in accordance with company guidelines, and providing structured analyses and reliable sales forecasts. They will collaborate with National Sales Managers and the various Key Account Managers (KAMs) to implement the sales policy within their territory and ensure that shop assistants in the area receive proper training, involving the relevant retail chains in this process.
Responsibilities
* Identify the best implementation strategy for the commercial directives of the plans
* Provide accurate forecasts regarding sell‑in and sell‑out for assigned customers and produce analyses of customer trends
* Organise and plan your weekly sales rounds effectively and efficiently, paying particular attention to internal meetings
* Monitor, apply and correct the fundamentals of sales at the stores under your responsibility
* Be responsible for and manage the display of Miele products by ensuring their optimal placement within the POS and by utilising the POP materials provided by the company
* Organise local training and training at the Bolzano headquarters for assigned customers in collaboration with the Training department, and deliver bite‑sized training sessions to sales staff at assigned retail outlets
* Ensure a smooth flow of communication and work between CAT/Technical Inspectors/Trade in the management
