For our OEM team in Italy, we’re looking for a Sales Area Manager, responsible for overseeing business relationships with OEM partners in assigned areas, in order to achieve planned sales goals. Could it be you?
Your Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets by managing the portfolio of assigned OEM customers for the Group's brands.
* Support customer in defining product specifications and ensure proper execution of Custom projects together with the product team.
* Prepare annual sales budget and forecast for the assigned areas.
* Set up the annual sales plan for the assigned area to support customers.
* Draft sales lists by ensuring conditions and margins required by company policies.
* Implement activities to develop the target market: actions, promotional campaigns, etc... to achieve annual sales targets.
* Manage periodic brand, product&sales presentations to the client.
* Analyze sales data and create reports.
* Continuously benchmark competitors and key product, sales & marketing news in the target market.
* Identify market opportunities for growth of assigned business.
Your Skills
* Fluent English (a second language speaking is a plus)
* Familiarity with standard sales and marketing tools
* Interpersonal communication
* Problem solving, goal setting and stress management
* High motivation and availability to travel
* Passion for cycling and/or outdoor sports.
Our Requirements
* Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Economics or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in related roles within international companies, preferably in the outdoor/sports industry.
