 
        Ph3Brand Manager TENA /h3 pFor our office in Legnano (Milan) and within our BU Consumer Goods we are looking for a passionate Brand Manager for our TENA Brand reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager TENA. /p h3About the Role /h3 pSupport the implementation of a Marketing Strategy for TENA Brand to meet established sales or market share targets. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLocal markets brand owner responsible for brand PL, brand building, and profitable market share development. /li liLead annual brand PL planning: own brand AP, define brand activation touch points in line with global guidance, and ensure sufficiency and accuracy of AP allocation monitoring. /li liOversee local marketing implementation: use global material, reduce non‑working items, maximize digital and paid media. /li liLead brand innovation campaign activation: track and correct actions; for product innovation, achieve the business case and manage all phases including phase in/phase out distribution and brand activation. /li liOwn brand assortment, product management, and pricing in line with global guidance; drive assortment initiatives with global partners (SC GPM, GBIS, PMI). /li liExpert in capturing consumer and customer insights. /li liProvide feedback to the global brand strategy. /li liResponsible for the media plan strategy. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a similar academic background. /li liMinimum 2 years of previous experience in a marketing role within the FMCG sector is a plus. /li liFluency in English. /li liMedia knowledge and familiarity with Excel and Nielsen for data analysis. /li liStrong teamwork, communication skills, and proactivity in leading multiple projects simultaneously. /li /ul h3What We Can Offer /h3 pOur purpose "Breaking Barriers to Well‑Being" provides meaning to everything we do.
