To strengthen our European Sales Team, we are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented

Sales & Application Manager (m/f/d)

Central / Northern Italy | Home Office

What you'll do

• Develop and grow the Italian market by acquiring new customers and identifying new business opportunities
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular customer visits
• Prepare technical quotations and support tender processes
• Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations and customer training
• Work closely with Product Management, System Engineering and Technical Sales teams
• Monitor market developments, industry trends and competitor activities
• Represent BAUR at trade fairs, exhibitions and customer events

What you'll bring

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in technical B2B sales of complex products
• Strong technical understanding and customer consulting skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High level of professionalism, negotiation skills and intercultural awareness
• Fluent Italian and English
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
