PpBolton Food – Sales – Milano, IT – National Key Account Manager /p pWe are looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Bolton Food, based in Milano. /p h3How you make the difference /h3 pAs a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across national clients, strengthening strategic retailer relationships, optimizing product visibility and promotional activities, and delivering sell-out performance in line with company objectives. /p h3How Your Agenda Looks Like /h3 ul liEnsure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer. /li liDeliver on sales targets and objectives. /li liDrive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability. /li liCollaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer. /li liDesign and execute customer‑specific promotional plans. /li liIdentify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories. /li /ul h3Your Team /h3 pThis position reports to the Customer Team Manager and closely collaborates with the wider Sales Team, as well as with cross‑functional commercial and corporate departments. /p h3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields /li li4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments /li liStrong analytical and data‑driven mindset /li liExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint /li liFluent Italian and good English proficiency /li liStrong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills /li liResults‑oriented, proactive, and team‑player attitude /li /ul h3What’s In For You /h3 ul liWork location: Milano /li liContract type: Permanent /li liWorking hours: Full Time, with smart working available /li liStandard business hours /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
