In this role you drive broker relationships and grow a profitable portfolio across all lines of business in Italy and Southern Europe. You will work closely with underwriting to tailor solutions for large corporate and specialty accounts, while supporting cross-border growth from Türkiye, Greece and Cyprus. The position combines business development, portfolio management and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve Allianz Commercial targets. You will be a visible reference point for tenders and broker partnerships, delivering high‑quality service through the distribution and operations teams. Retribuzione / Benefits
* Acquire new business through broker relationships and expand the client portfolio
* Serve as a reference for public tenders for Large Corporate & Specialty
* Monitor and retain the existing portfolio to ensure stability
* Collaborate with Underwriting to secure optimal client solutions
* Drive cross‑selling initiatives
* Coordinate with Operations to ensure best‑in‑class broker service
* Support regional growth in Southern Europe and entry points for Commercial and Specialty business in Türkiye, Greece, Cyprus

Responsabilità
* Master's degree in Law or Economics or equivalent
* 3–5 years of proven insurance sales experience focused on brokers or broker sales structure
* Leadership skills
* Market knowledge of Upper Middle and Large Corporate clients
* Ability to interact with brokers, including global ones
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in an international organization
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools; basic data reporting knowledge
