Ph3Junior Business Development Manager /h3 pCity: Pescara /p pLocation: Pescara, Italy, 65129 Ancona, Italy, 60131 /p pContract Type: Permanent /p pLevel of experience: Junior /p pRINA is currently recruiting for a bJunior Business Development Manager /b to join its office in Pescara or Ancona (Italy) within the bMediterranean Africa Certification /b Division. /p h3bMission /b /h3 pThe Junior Business Development Manager drives growth in RINA’s bManagement Systems certification portfolio /b, with a specific focus on accredited certification services for management systems (e.g. quality, environmental, health safety, information security, and other ISO-based schemes). /p pYou will create new business opportunities, strengthen market presence in the field of Management Systems certification, and act as a trusted advisor for current and prospective clients seeking certification of their management systems. Your role includes promoting RINA’s certification schemes, negotiating contracts, and developing winning commercial strategies to expand the Management Systems certification business. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 pb1. Drive Grow the Management Systems Certification Sales Pipeline /b /p pKeep the Management Systems certification pipeline full and flowing, ensuring consistent order intake. /p pTrack KPIs related to certification services, measure results, and turn insights into actions. /p pb2. Scout Capture New Certification Opportunities /b /p pIdentify high-potential prospects requiring Management Systems certification and expand the client base. /p pConduct market research to spot certification opportunities and match them with RINA’s accredited schemes. /p pb3. Lead Contract Negotiations Tendering for Certification Services /b /p pTake the reins in negotiating and closing major contracts related to Management Systems certification. /p pSupport the creation of winning tenders and proposals for certification projects. /p pb4. Close Certification Deals Learn from Success /b /p pEnsure certification contracts are closed efficiently and successfully. /p pCapture lessons learned to continuously improve commercial and certification processes. /p pb5. Cross-Sell Certification Group Services /b /p pCollaborate across teams to identify cross-selling opportunities linked to Management Systems certification (e.g. integrated systems, training, inspection, testing). /p pLeverage RINA Group’s network to maximize mutual benefits. /p pb6. Stay Ahead of the Certification Market /b /p pMonitor competitors and trends within the Management Systems certification market. /p pUse insights to shape smarter commercial strategies and maintain a competitive edge. /p pb7. Drive Business Development in Management Systems Certification /b /p pFocus on generating new sales and expanding the Management Systems certification portfolio. /p pBuild and nurture relationships with current and potential clients seeking certification services. /p pb8. Forge Alliances Partnerships in the Certification Ecosystem /b /p pSpot opportunities for strategic alliances and collaborations related to certification activities. /p pSupport RINA’s positioning in new sectors requiring Management Systems certification. /p pb9.
