This permanent role is hybrid and based preferably in Marcignago (25 km from Milan). Coordinate sales activities for small and medium-sized projects, ensuring full visibility and traceability of pipelines, and collaborate with technical, production, and procurement teams to optimize quality and compliance.
# Support the sales function and manage commercial resources dedicated to small projects, enabling Field Sales teams to focus on larger initiatives.
# Contribute to the development of 360° products and services in Italy, under the guidance of the Commercial Excellence Director and in alignment with Group leadership guidelines, working in close synergy with Business Managers (BM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) teams.
# Build strong relationships with international clients and partners, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure high-quality products and on-time delivery, in compliance with local and international regulations.


Manage 360° KPI analysis (penetration rate, VRD/LRD/VRQ revenues, gross margin), prepare detailed reports with in-depth commentary, and monitor sales performance and market feedback to ensure competitiveness and growth;
- Develop new integrated products and services, prepare commercial documentation and support suppliers; configure the NAV system, manage pricing, and coordinate market launches in line with company strategies;
- Organize periodic meetings with sales teams and provide specific training on products and services; support sales representatives in client negotiations, both during pre-sales and post-sales phases, to maintain high levels of satisfaction and quality;
- Identify new market opportunities and clients across different geographical areas by analyzing market trends and competitors;
- Strong English and good Italian language skills
~10–15 years of progressive sales experience
~ Strong commercial and analytical mindset (skilled in cost and market analysis, introducing KPIs, etc.)
~ Good understanding of international supply chain and marketing
~ Background in construction/ rental/ automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
