Role Description
As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the development and implementation of the hotel's annual commercial strategy
Driving room, suite, events, and F&B; revenue across all market segments
Managing distribution channels and ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards
Mentoring a high-performing Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
Building strong relationships with key accounts, regional sales offices, and global partners
Representing the hotel at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events
Overseeing the sales strategy for our exclusive suites and tracking segment performance monthly
Analyzing trends, setting clear KPIs, and guiding commercial decisions based on data
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior Sales & Marketing leadership role within luxury hospitality
Strong commercial and analytical acumen with a strategic mindset
Expertise in market segmentation, distribution, and branding
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about excellence in guest experience and performance
