Join a fast growing, Series A, European fintech backed by experienced payments investors and operators. The focus is on building modern in person payment solutions for merchants and software platforms, with an initial focus on hospitality and expansion across Southern Europe.
They're looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in building and scaling field teams, driving regional strategy, and delivering sustainable growth through strong execution.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a distributed team of field sales professionals
* Drive revenue performance through strong pipeline oversight and clear KPIs
* Coach team members across the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
* Establish and refine sales processes, tools, and ways of working
* Spend time in the field supporting deals, providing feedback, and improving execution
* Recruit, onboard, and grow sales talent in line with business expansion
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of solid experience in direct sales, including multiple years leading teams
* Background in sectors such as fintech, payments, POS, or merchant services
* Practical, hands-on leadership style with a focus on results
* Comfortable working with data to manage pipeline health and forecasts
* Native-level Italian and good working proficiency in English
