Junior Indirect Sales Executive

As a Junior Indirect Sales Executive you manage a portfolio of Odoo partners, coach them on best practices in business strategy and implementation, and qualify and demo product to end customers. You act as the primary point of contact for partners and help grow their Odoo business while matching clients with suitable partners.

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners, serving as the main point of contact for IT consultancies and system integrators.
* Act as a business coach, onboarding new Partners and guiding them on strategic and commercial best practices and product training plans.
* Help Partners define their go‑to‑market strategy from concept to first contract closure.
* Advise Partners on market positioning, targeting, sales excellence, and functional and technical product training to grow their Odoo business.
* Qualify inbound leads and conduct tailored product demos in collaboration with Partners.
* Negotiate licenses, cloud services and pricing with Partners and customers, promoting value propositions and developing high‑potential Partners into Silver or Gold status.
Requirements
* 1 or 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Consultant.
* Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
* Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills.
* Project management ability – manage timelines, priorities and Partner evolution.
* Stakeholder management – nurture relationships with clients.
