Role : Business Development Manager
Salary : Depending on experience
Location : Milan, Italy (hybrid)
As the Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth.
You will also oversee the operations of staff in the office, supporting customer service, facility management, HR, health & safety, information systems, and quality procedures, in coordination with Operations, HR, IT, and other departments.
Business Development Manager responsibilities include:
* Managing, coaching, and leading the Business Development Team.
* Developing and strengthening existing customer relationships and creating new engagements to expand market reach.
* Establishing strong relationships with key accounts through excellent service, support, and technical competence.
* Providing market, customer, and competitor insights to senior leadership and proposing strategies for profitable growth.
* Monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
* Selling and advising on all AVASK services.
* Preparing and delivering presentations, and producing marketing materials with external partners.
* Attending networking events, seminars, and conferences, both virtually and in person.
* Thinking strategically to develop and improve the business.
* Identifying cross-selling opportunities.
* Keeping abreast of industry trends and communicating updates to the team.
* Maintaining personal knowledge and skills for continuous development.
Operations responsibilities include:
* Ensuring adequate resources for company activities.
* Supporting staff and liaising with HR.
* Maintaining relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
* Analyzing data and preparing reports.
* Ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
* Managing premises maintenance, security, and fire prevention systems.
* Procurement within budget.
* Monitoring client satisfaction and responding to complaints.
* Assisting with internal audits.
Candidate profile:
