What You'll Do
* Acquire and manage clients in Italy & abroad
* Drive full sales cycle autonomously
* Present tailored commercial proposals
* Attend international trade shows & client meetings
* Collaborate with marketing to boost campaigns
* Track sales performance & forecasts

What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years B2B sales experience
* Fluent English (written & spoken)
* Travel-ready (1–2 international trips/month)
* Maritime sector knowledge preferred
* Self-starter: prospecting, client management, autonomy
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Must be based in or willing to relocate independently to Rapallo area. No visa sponsorship or relocation package.
