Join us and discover your potential. /p /brh3Role and Responsibilities /h3 /brpbKey Responsibilities: /b /p /brul /brliDevelop and manage sales of AV products through targeted portfolio of Online customers. /li /brliData Analysis Reporting: collect, analyse, and interpret online sales and market data (sell-in, sell-out, pricing, traffic, conversion, and stock) using internal tools and retailer dashboards. Create actionable insights and weekly reports to support decision-making and business planning /li /brliBuild and develop solid sales relationship with existing online customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targets. /li /brliSupport the design of sales campaigns and the definition of the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales lead. /li /brliCollaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Credit, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of online activities. /li /brliContribute to closing deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory. /li /brliManage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation through WebSiSo. /li /brliEngage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Digital and Corporate Operation, and execute marketing and promotional plans to ensure highest levels of service for named customers. /li /br /ul /brh3Skills and Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliEducational Background: Bachelor Degree or Major - preferably in Economics a plus. /li /brliProfessional Background: 2-3 years exp in Retail Sales. Experience in AV vendor is highly preferable and also in online sales management. /li /brliComputer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools. /li /brliLanguage Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English. /li /brliProactive and results-oriented approach /li /brliExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. /li /brliStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and cultures. /li /brliWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity.
