The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. /p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry supports the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of high‑quality desserts and pastries in line with Four Seasons’ culinary standards. This role plays a key part in daily production, maintains exceptional cleanliness and organization within the pastry area, and contributes to the creativity and consistency of the pastry offering across all outlets. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liPrepare and finish pastry items such as cakes, tarts, desserts, doughs, creams, and breakfast pastries following Four Seasons recipes and presentation standards. /li liAssist with daily mise en place for pastry operations including restaurants, banquets, and In‑Room Dining. /li liMaintain an organized and clean workstation, ensuring all equipment is used and stored safely and hygienically. /li liSupport the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in executing new recipes, seasonal menus, and special event items. /li liEnsure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of all ingredients to maintain freshness and quality. /li liUphold HACCP standards, consistently following food safety and sanitation procedures. /li liCollaborate closely with colleagues and assist junior team members when needed. /li liCommunicate effectively with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of pastry items. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liPrevious pastry experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment, with strong technical cooking skills. /li liStrong foundational skills in pastry techniques, including doughs, creams, baking, and simple decoration. /li liFluency in English and Italian /li li2+ years of progressive experience in pastry roles. /li liBasic knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory systems, and culinary production equipment. /li liExcellent organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. /li liYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package. /li liExcellent Training and Development opportunities. /li liEmployee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide. /li liComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms. /li liComplimentary Employee Meals. /li /ul h3Schedule Location /h3 ul liFull‑time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice. /li liFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. /li liYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
