We are currently looking for a
full-time, remote Support Engineer in Italy.
Your role involves supporting business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops, acting as a technical expert during sales pitches, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and providing technical support and training. You will also gather feedback from clients, work with R&D to improve products, and help partners customize solutions for success.
Your profile includes :
Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering, with preference for electrical or electro-mechanical fields. At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with a preference for experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry. Strong self-drive, proactive, able to work independently and in teams. Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training. Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently. Passion for the industry and willingness to learn. Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
