As a leader in the business, you will maintain a seamless back of house function and support the selling teams by ensuring a clean, organized and efficient working environment, contributing to the overall store success. You will lead and develop the operations team through: - inspiring hands-on team management and coaching - maintaining inventory levels and controls - best-in-class operations management - maintain product availability to improve efficiency and maximise client experience - effectively managing vendor relationships - managing all internal auditing - improving BOH processes and monitoring your operations budget.
