Ph3What you will do /h3pbBusiness Development Manager /b is sought to join the bCritical Infrastructures Sales Team /b in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for bdriving sales of our Building Management Integrated Solutions to clients managing Critical Infrastructures. /b This role requires a basic understanding of BMS/SCADA technology but strong sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. /ph3How you will do it /h3ulliExecute sales strategies to achieve revenue and marginality targets for BMS Integrated solutions in Critical Infrastructure customers /liliIdentify and engage with new potential clients, listening understanding their needs and qualifying related investments /liliOrchestrate the pre-sales team (proposal engineers and consultants) to develop differentiated value propositions that meet customers’ needs and influence/manage the customer\’s purchasing process /liliCollaborate with internal teams, including proposal engineering, project management legal to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals. /liliManage customers, opportunities and proposals through relevant JCI systems and in adherence to sales process (including periodic forecast and non-financial reporting to management) /li /ulh3What we look for /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales in one of the following businesses: Building Management/SCADA Systems, Engineering Services, Networking IOT (complimentary ones may be considered) /liliExisting commercial network with End Users (must) and EPC/Contractors/Consultants (welcome) in one or more of the following industries: Energy, Utilities, Telecoms, Datacenters, Transportation, Healthcare /liliProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills /liliAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams /liliHigh business acumen and understanding of corporate financial principles /liliSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently /liliEnglish fluency both verbal and written /liliWillingness to travel as required. /li /ulh3Our benefits /h3pWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
