This involves collaborating with the RD team to ensure technological consistency, engaging commercial teams to drive product adoption and defining cost structures for pumps in New Energy markets. /p pAs New Energy Solutions Product Manager you will be responsible for : /p ul liEnsuring accountability for functional business and broader PVS objectives. /li liEngaging in discussions with various teams to enhance processes, procedures and operational methods. /li liDriving synergy with the CTS organization by promoting pumping solutions to shared customers, including visiting clients and suppliers to explore new applications. /li liEnsuring flawless execution of RD programs for enabling technologies, providing accurate and timely data collection to support technology roadmaps. /li liFollowing established frameworks to navigate processes and attending customer and operator meetings alongside the commercial team in New Technology environments (e.g. CO2 CPS W-to-E LAES) to detail product features and applications. /li liPartnering with customers in the CCUS and Energy Transition space to optimise process solutions as part of integrated BH equipment proposals. /li liFocusing on business expansion toward future profitable applications like Cryogenic pumps and Liquid Air. Supporting partnership initiatives, defining cost and pricing levels for solutions in a DTI environment and organising and analysing customer feedback to generate ideas for product refinement that enhance competitiveness. /li liPresenting insights to senior leaders on specific technical matters and cross‑functional contributions that align technologies with overall strategy while maintaining strict adherence to HSE standards. /li liCollaborating with RD teams or contractors to design a pump configurator tool for sCO2 mixtures and updating automated tools to optimise cost estimation processes. /li liExpanding the portfolio by injecting new intellectual property (e.g. patents or licences) or fostering collaborations and partnerships. /li liDeveloping robust team cadence and growth plans while mentoring talent through initiatives such as Academy programmes, lab work or other professional developments. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 h3To be successful in this role you will have : /h3 ul liMasters degree from an accredited university and at least 4‑5 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Design or Management. /li liProven capability to operate in trans‑disciplinary and cross‑functional teams while projects or programs are executed. /li liDemonstrated competencies in systems engineering and technology innovation through analytical and continuous improvement skills in an ever‑changing environment with shifting priorities. /li liGood experience within Product Management teams. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
