What if you could define how millions of Europeans use everyday services inside a single (Super)App?
Rebell is building something Europe has never had before: a Super App.
A single place where people can shop, pay, book, connect, and manage their daily lives, without switching between dozens of apps.
Inspired by Asian Super Apps like Alipay and WeChat, Rebell is designed for Europe. The company is already funded (+30M) and staffed with senior leaders from Alipay, Twint, Scalapay, Qonto, and Glovo, preparing for a first market launch in late 2026.
The Product team is structured around three core pillars:
* Payments (core financial flows)
* Merchant Marketing Services (loyalty, promotions, CRM tools)
* MiniApps — the ecosystem layer
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – MiniApps to own and build this third pillar. You will operate at the intersection of platform product, ecosystem design, and creative problem solving, with full ownership and accountability.
This is a 0→1 platform product role. There is no existing MiniApp playbook in Europe — you will help define it.
As a Senior Product Manager – MiniApps, you will:
* Define the MiniApp product vision, principles, and roadmap.
* Design the MiniApp framework (capabilities, constraints, UX patterns, APIs).
* Decide which use cases belong as MiniApps vs native features.
* Work hands-on with Engineering and Design to ship real MiniApps.
* Turn technical, regulatory, and organizational constraints into design problems — not blockers.
* Translate insights into clear product requirements, user journeys, and technical needs.
* Act as the clear MiniApp owner and reference inside Rebell.
* Make clear trade-offs between speed, quality, scalability, and monetization.
* Collaborate closely with the Payments and Merchant Marketing Services PMs to ensure product coherence.
Success in this role looks like
* MiniApps are treated as full product surfaces, not isolated features.
* Partners and internal teams can build and launch MiniApps without constant custom exceptions.
* You consistently turn ambitious ideas into shippable products, even in a regulated, payments-heavy environment.
* When faced with constraints, you propose alternative designs instead of stopping at “we can’t”.
* The MiniApp layer evolves through real usage and fast iteration, not theoretical frameworks.
How we work at Rebell
* We prefer clear rules and good systems to meetings and approvals.
* We believe in “better forgiveness than permission”, as long as decisions are well-reasoned.
* We want an ultimately lean organization. We believe that large teams create complexity hinder innovation and adaptation.
* We simplify things as much as we can and automate whatever we can. We want to go hardcore on deletion and simplification.
* We hire for attitude; skills you can learn from the team.
* We value contribution, not seniority.
We’re an international team (10+ nationalities). English is the working language.
We value people who think independently and communicate clearly, even if they’re not loud.
About you
* 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-first environment, ideally in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or highly integrated platforms.
* Experience working on embedded products, platform layers, SDKs, APIs, or partner-facing tools.
* You have shipped products in constrained environments (regulatory, technical, scale).
* Experience with MiniApps, super apps, in-app services, or modular product architectures is a strong plus.
* You think in systems and flows, not isolated features.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, pragmatism, speed, and impact over process.
* You are uncomfortable with “this can’t be done” as a final answer.
* Bilingual Italian & fluent English.
