PpTP-LINK ITALY S.R.L is looking for a driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further enhance the sales team as an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM). /ppYou will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by a designated account set of partners. You will build direct relationships with channel partners to maximize Tp-Link penetration and opportunities on your territory. You will manage all aspects of sales helping customers maximizing their revenue. /ppThis position potentially represents the first step towards an extremely interesting professional future in the world of Information and Technology. The ISAM role is training for roles such as Account or Area Manager, Product Manager or Business Development, up to managerial positions such as Sales or Commercial Director, CIO, CTO or CEO in the IT sector. /ppThe ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. A background in market product and technical trend, networking technical knowledge and solutions is an added Value. /ppYou possess strong business acumen and can effectively value proposition to your customer base. Most importantly you have the ability to engage in active listening, to identify pain points- both current and future, and propose solutions to improve their process. /ppKey job role and responsibilities: /pulliOwns partners relationships, carries legal quota and is responsible for the growth of a fixed set of accounts. /liliDevelops/Hunts for opportunities through sales marketing activities with partners to drive technology penetration in your account list. /liliCollaborate with the entire sales team to close the deals once an opportunity is identified. /liliLeverages new technologies and social selling practices to enhance the partner's experience and to accelerate Tp-Link Enterprise business. /liliDevelops account plans and campaigns towards selected market opportunities. /liliPrioritizes internal and external (virtual) resources executes to meet or exceed sales quota. /liliWill bring new ideas for building new business and creating additional pipeline. /li /ulpDesired Skills and Experience /pulliBS/BA degree equivalent or close to graduation. IT experience is a plus. /liliGood communication and presentation skills. /liliPreferred specialization: Communication, automation, mechanical, electronic and telecommunications engineering and other similar specializations. /liliA high level of service and customer orientation as well as reliability /liliVery good knowledge of Italian and good English in spoken and written /liliVery good social skills, communication skills and organizational skills to manage the customer in technical side and basic understanding about account and project management. /li /ulpTP-LINK is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
