Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Build close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives related to product and market growth through strategic analysis and influencing decision makers.
* Conduct short and medium-term sales planning, share market insights with the Product Management team, and recommend marketing strategies.
* Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program), focusing on sales revenue.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within assigned regional vertical markets.
* Engage in end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and update customers with product information.
* Increase project pipeline and revenue from existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
* Report weekly on sales and project progress, conduct customer audits, and participate in marketing activities.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecast accuracy, and achieve budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development or sales, with success in demanding environments.
* Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to work independently, understand customer needs, and create professional proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking channels and potential customers.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team-oriented mindset.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with project management, product planning, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English and at least one local European language.
* Valid driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy. Extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy are expected.
