Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you support customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle, acting as the main interface for after-sales activities. You coordinate information flow between customers and internal teams, helping select spare parts and services, and providing on-board technical support when needed. You manage quotes, orders, and service requests through ERP and document systems, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
