Position Summary : The (Snr.)
Business Development Manager is responsible for specifying, planning, and growing new products and solutions in the Energy Storage segment.
This role involves formulating innovative product solutions and establishing productive, sustainable relationships with external and internal partners to ensure successful business expansion.
Responsibilities : Gather and analyze customer needs, market trends, and input from leadership to align product strategy and roadmap in the energy storage market.Identify opportunities, prepare proposals for RFPs, handle budgeting and pricing, negotiate contract terms, and conduct post-bid analysis.Develop and engage early adopter customers for testing and launching new energy storage products and solutions.Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for product or service improvements, customization, re-modeling, and new product development.Assess operational issues related to competitiveness, stay updated on trends, innovations, and pricing, and monitor internal and external developments for new market segments.Coordinate with internal development and delivery teams or external suppliers to ensure product quality and schedule adherence.
